Warum bietet eine Tanzschule einen Workshop für Hair Styling an?
(übrigens: natürlich für Tänzer und «Nicht-Tänzer», falls das existiert …)
Als professionelle Tänzerin ist es doppelt peinlich:
Was soll ich bloss mit meinen Haaren anstellen, dass sie den ganzen Abend halten, nicht meinem Leader um die Ohren fliegen und dazu noch einigermassen ordentlich und vielleicht sogar angemessen stylish aussehen?! Ein Risiko, da anzufangen, denn es gelingt nur durch Zufall…
Für alle, die mir das nachfühlen können, habe ich mit zusammen Janine folgendes ausgeheckt:
Warum nicht ein Kurs, in dem man lernt, SEIN EIGENES Haar zu bändigen und zu stylen? Von einem Profi? So, dass man nicht für 60.- bis 100.- zu einem Coiffeur zum Styling muss, wenn man mal einen Abend hat, an dem man dringend gut aussehen muss?
Genau das bieten wir an: Du lernst einen Vintage-inspirierten Hairstyle und wie Du ihn an Deinem Haar verwirklichst. Mit einer offenen Bar und guter Gesellschaft, dazu am frühen Samstagabend, damit man danach gleich ready ist für den Ausgang.

Why is a dance school putting on a workshop for hair styling?
(btw: of course for dancers and “non-dancers”, if such a thing exists …)
As a professional dancer, it’s embarrassing: so it doesn’t fly around my face, What am I supposed to do with my hair knock out my dance partners and looks reasonably neat and maybe even appropriately stylish?! It’s a risk to attempt to style it, because any attempt to do so might result in a serious bad hair day…
For everyone who can relate to me, Janine and I cooked up this little something:
